Virtual factory tours via video call are also available for overseas clients who cannot visit in person.
Can you add our brand logo to the buckles? What methods are available?

How do you handle quality issues or defects after delivery?
We conduct 100% visual and functional inspection before shipment, and all products are accompanied by an internal QC report. In the unlikely event that defective products are received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will investigate promptly and offer a replacement, credit, or resolution based on the situation. Our goal is to resolve every issue to your satisfaction and maintain the long-term reliability of our partnership.
Can I order a mixed shipment of different products?
Yes. We support mixed production and consolidated shipments. If you are ordering multiple product types — for example, a mix of plate buckles, pin buckles, and bag hardware — we can combine them into a single shipment to reduce freight costs.
