Mass Production Tooling & Pre-Production Sample

This is where precision becomes permanent. With 40+ years of tooling expertise and an 8,000+ mold library, we build production tools designed to run consistently — batch after batch, year after year.

Production Tooling Built for the Long Run

Production tooling isn't just a mold — it's the foundation every future batch is built on. We engineer each tool to hold dimensional consistency, resist deformation, and support high-volume runs without quality drift.

Tool steel selection

Material chosen based on product geometry, wall thickness, and production volume requirements.

Tooling lifespan

Engineered for extended high-volume runs without dimensional degradation or surface quality loss.

Dimensional accuracy control

Precision-machined to ensure every cavity produces parts within approved tolerance ranges, consistently.

Forming stability

Designed to prevent deformation, flash, and structural defects across the full production run.

Once production tooling is approved, it becomes the permanent quality reference — the standard every batch is measured against.

From Tooling to Finished Product: Our Production Workflow

Every pre-production sample follows the same workflow as mass production — because consistency doesn't start at the first batch. It starts here.

Surface & Appearance: Final Sign-Off Before Production

Quality Assurance: Plating color measured under standardized lighting; surface texture verified against approved master sample.

Before any batch is approved for production, surface finishing and visual appearance are confirmed against your master sample — under standardized conditions:

  • Plating color consistency across different lighting
  • Hairline direction and surface refinement
  • Antique finish appearance and overall texture
  • Visual harmony between assembled components

Nothing ships until the finish matches what was approved. That's the standard we hold every pre-production sample to.

Full Traceability. Zero Surprises.

Every production order runs through our ERP system — scheduling, materials, inspections, and batch records are all tracked and documented. Here's what that means for your supply chain:

Production scheduling & process control

Real-time visibility across every stage, from raw material intake to final packaging.

Material & batch traceability

Every batch linked to its material source, process parameters, and inspection records.

In-process quality inspections

Dimensional and appearance checks conducted at each production stage, not just at the end.

Multi-point inspection coverage

Dimensional accuracy, surface appearance, and structural integrity verified with calibrated equipment at every checkpoint.

Every batch traceable. Every inspection logged. Your supply chain, fully under control.

Your Long-Term Manufacturing Partner

A production tool built right is a supply chain asset that lasts years. We've been building them for international brands for over four decades — tools that hold tolerance, hold finish quality, and hold up under volume.
When you approve production tooling with ECHO METALART, you're not just commissioning a mold. You're establishing a stable, traceable, long-term manufacturing foundation for your product line.
