Echo Metalart manufactures automatic and twist belt buckles for both men's dress belt programs and fashion casual applications — two distinct market segments that share a common requirement: a buckle mechanism that eliminates the need for pre-punched belt holes while delivering a clean, tool-free wearing experience.
Our range covers three mechanism types. Plate twistable buckles and pin twistable buckles use a rotational release system — the buckle face or prong rotates to disengage from the belt, allowing the wearer to remove or reattach the buckle without threading. Automatic buckles operate through a ratchet or spring-loaded pawl system, providing stepless length adjustment along a toothed or textured belt strap surface.
All mechanisms are precision die-cast in Nyrstar high-purity zinc alloy, with standard frame widths of 30mm to 40mm to accommodate the full range of men's dress and casual belt specifications. Given the mechanical complexity of twist and automatic systems relative to standard buckle types, Echo Metalart's engineering team provides technical consultation during the ODM development process to ensure mechanism reliability across production volumes. Surface finishing options include nickel, antique brass, gunmetal, and matte black.
