Design & Development Process
Step 07

Final Sample Approval & Quality Assurance

The final sample is not a formality — it's the last line of deference before mass production begins. Every unit in every future batch will be held to the standard set here.

1

Physical Testing Before Anything Ships

Every pre-production sample goes through the same inspection protocol — no exceptions, no shortcuts. Here's what we test:

Dimensional measurement & tolerance verification

All critical dimensions checked against approved engineering drawings with calibrated instruments.

Structural & functional testing

Locking stability, pin movement, and operating smoothness validated under repeated use conditions.

Tensile strength testing

Pull-force and load resistance tested to specifications based on end-use application requirements.

Durability testing

Cycle testing for repeated open-close operation and long-term mechanical reliability.

Compatibility testing

Physical fit confirmed with specified belt widths, webbing types, and accessory components.

Every inspection item is documented against our internal SOP — so the standard that approves this sample is the same standard that governs every production batch.

Equipment: JSV-200H tensile & compression tester — used for pull-force validation, durability cycling, and load-bearing verification.

Nothing Ships Until This List Is Complete

Every item on this checklist is confirmed with you — not just internally — before the sample is delivered and production is authorised:

Dimensions

Specifications, proportions, and tolerances verified against approved drawings.

Manufacturing Quality

Die casting integrity, parting line quality, and polishing refinement evaluated against master sample.

Color & Finishing

Plating color consistency, hairline direction, and surface texture confirmed under standardised lighting conditions.

Functional Performance

Mechanism reliability and real-world usability validated under actual use conditions.

Packaging Confirmation

Protection method, inner packaging material, and labelling requirements confirmed before production packaging is finalised.

The Complete Journey — From Your Idea to a Market-Ready Product

5

Your Product is Ready. So Are We

Final sample approved. Quality confirmed. Client signed off. This is the moment seven steps of engineering, testing, and refinement have been building toward. From here, mass production runs on a foundation that's been validated at every level — dimensional, structural, visual, and functional. Your product is ready. Your supply chain is stable. Let's build it.
