Final Sample Approval & Quality Assurance

Internal SOP Inspection & Physical Testing
Pre-production samples undergo a rigorous inspection and testing process, including:
- Dimensional measurement and tolerance verification
- Structural and functional testing (locking stability, operating smoothness)
- Tensile strength testing (evaluated according to product application)
- Durability testing (repeated use and long-term operation)
- Compatibility testing (fit with belts, webbing, or accessories)
All inspection items are executed according to internal quality standards to ensure consistent mass production quality.
Final Approval Checklist
Before sample delivery and official sign-off, we confirm the following critical items with the client:
- Dimensions: specifications, proportions, and tolerances
- Manufacturing Quality: die casting integrity, polishing refinement
- Color & Finishing: plating color, hairline direction, and texture
- Functional Performance: real-world usability and mechanism reliability
- Packaging Confirmation: protection method and labeling requirements
