Production Process

Die-Casting

The metal casting process is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mould cavity. Once the mould cavity is filled, the pressure is maintained until the casting solidifies. Then the mould opens and the buckle is ejected.

Manual deburring

Required a skilful craftsman to guarantee the best results. It takes a lot of time but eliminates a shortage of machine deburring.

Machine deburring

The buckle is in a vibrating container. The barrel contains a mixture of abrasives and liquids. Those start moving and rubbing against the buckle with the vibratory movement.

Polish

This process can create a smooth and shiny surface by rubbing it or by applying a chemical treatment, leaving a clean surface as a result.

Assemble

With manual or machine to assemble pin to the buckle Or assemble different clip system or twistable system.

Plating

Different metal is deposited on a conductive surface.

Satin

Under the high-speed turning, wheel leaves the extremely tiny line on the plating layer.

Lacquer

To isolate from the air, the buckle will be coated with a transparent layer.
